Vegetable Paneer Cheese Wrap

The uniqueness of this Vegetable cheese paneer wrap is the use of special green mayonnaise flavoured with oregano. Also, the use of various vegetables makes it rich and healthy.

Ingredients Required to make Paneer Cheese Wrap

For Roti

  • Whole wheat flour - 1 Cup + For Rolling
  • Oil - 1 Tsp
  • Salt - A Pinch

For Green Mayonnaise

  • Coriander (Finely Chopped) - ½ Cup
  • Parsley ( Finely Chopped) - ¼ Cup
  • Green Chillies (Finely Chopped) - 1 Tbsp
  • Sugar - A Pinch
  • Salt - As per Taste
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp
  • Mayonnaise - ½ Cup

For Filling

  • Paneer - 1 Cup ( Cubes of 10 mm.)
  • Oregano (Dried) - 1 Tsp
  • Red Chilli Flakes (Dry) - 1 Tsp

Extra Ingredients

  • Lettuce (Roughly Torn) - 2 Cups
  • Bean Sprouts - 1 Cup
  • Grated Carrot - 8 Tbsp

The Process to make Paneer Cheese Wrap

For Roti

1) Take a bowl and add all the ingredients. Using enough water make a soft dough and then keep it aside.
2) Divide the portion into 4 equal parts and then roll it into a round shape chapati using little flour.
3) Cook the chapati from both the sides on non-stick tava.

For Green Mayonnaise

1) In a blender add coriander, green chillies, parsley, salt, sugar and lemon juice, blend all of them and using little water make a smooth paste.
2) Once done, convert it into a bowl. Then add mayonnaise and let it refrigerate for 60 minutes.

Final Process :

1) Ahead of serving, heat the non-stick tava and warm the roti.
2) Put the roti on a plain dry surface and arrange lettuce in the middle of the roti.
3) Place herbed paneer filling, bean sprouts and carrots over lettuce.
4) Then evenly spread green mayonnaise over the mixture and tightly roll the chapati.
5) Repeat the same steps using remaining stuff.
6) Your Herbed Paneer Cheese Wrap is ready. Serve Immediately with Ketchup.
